Summary
This is when an FPS is mainly a story using game mechanics.
Now for the actual summary: We follow a very elite and tiny squad of Special Forces who call themselves "Breakthrough" as that is their job, to break through enemy lines. The year is 2308 when laser guns and hover tanks exist alongside trenches and bayonets. Robots, biological terrors and Humans are used from useful human wave assaults to ingenious ambushes to rapid offensives and heavy defence networks.
Of course with how big the galaxy is, decentralization is only natural for armed forces, a bit too much. Good luck finding any standardization or regulation.
