Summary
Neopia is home to not only the colorful neopets but also to the humans, magical beings, and creatures, including the faeries’ cousins, the Daoine Sidhe a.k.a the fairies. They lived in seven courts that are named after the elements that their magic is associated with in the Isle of the Fay but one lives in the mainland because of their past leader’s actions.
The butterfly fairies’ fate was changed when they meet the Darkest Faerie, who seemingly “rescued” them from the giants of the Bergen Kingdom but ten young fairies, Branch, Princess, Poppy, and the Snack Pack were scattered throughout the island and were found by the dragonfly fairies of the Light Court.
Growing up as wards under the care of Queen Celestia, they became best of friends with Princess Rosetta, as they fly from flower to flower and wishing altogether. Unexpectedly, the princess received an unexpected call from her ancestors when she makes a plea to the stars in a moment of need and they set out to unite all the fairy courts by finding the butterfly fairies. With their new allies, they set out to travel through Neopia as they join forces, chase their dreams, and spread that magic everywhere they go!

Summary
Set in a totalitarian patriarchal theocracy that rules over most of the territory that belonged to the former continental US, the monsters are on the rise again but this time, they'll cause terror and mayhem all over, making to into a new Transylvania.
Vampire Princess and heir apparent, Rosetta “Rose” is up for some mischief as she and her entire Boo Crew rain down terror with a hint of showmanship; well too much showmanship, despite the fear and persecution of their kind. However, an unforeseen complication unfolds when a human with a dark secret unwittingly crashes the party and falls in love with a vampire who turned out to be related to the vampire royalty. Rose had suspicions about him at first but soon learns that like him, humans are not all bad and he might hold the key to end the totalitarian oligarchic dictatorship that suppressed the humans once and for all.
Btw, after reading about the Republic of Gilead in its respective wiki, I wanted to imagine what it would look like being terrorized by monsters because I find totalitarian, theonomic, and neo-Puritanical regime as an easy target for a real horror/thriller and superstitious paranoia.

As she and her new friends, both human and animal, explore the island and solve disputes, they uncover an evil plot by the same pirates that destroyed her village!
