“Liam!” Sherlock yelled out as William fell back off the bridge. Sherlock couldn’t believe his eyes, the person he loved the most was going to die.
He couldn’t let him. Sherlock ran over and caught William’s hand, tightly holding on to it.
William looked up and glanced at Sherlock with a mix of surprise and a hint of sadness flooding his ruby embers.
“I’m not gonna let you die Liam..!” Sherlock said, tears pricking at his eyes. He kept his hold and looked at William with worried and desperation in his eyes.
In a small flash William took a small dagger and cut a small part of Sherlock’s face, midway between his eyes and the edge of his face. Sherlock lost his grip.
“I love you Sherly.” William said, he let go of Sherlock’s hand and fell through the air, down to his death.
Sherlock wanted to go after him, but, he was frozen. He felt the tears threatening to leave his eyes.
Sherlock screamed William’s name before seeing William go into the water.
William was gone. Gone into the cold abyss that swallowed him and pulled him down. Away from the surface.
