Summary
In a laboratory forsaken by its fleeing higher-ups, Chuuya escapes a nightmarish scene of mutilation and violence, only to find himself in Surabachi City, now enveloped in a sinister plot. The city, typically a symbol of urban vibrancy, transforms into a battlefield as Verlaine and Rimbaud, locked in fierce combat, begin hunting Chuuya. Under Arahabaki’s dark guidance, Chuuya summons a powerful barrier, trapping the city and inducing a catastrophic frenzy. Citizens are driven to extreme violence, tearing each other apart in a frenzied madness. As buildings collapse and blood floods the streets, Chuuya undergoes a grotesque transformation, culminating in a devastating energy blast that annihilates the city. The aftermath reveals a desolate wasteland, covered up by the government as a natural disaster. Chuuya, haunted by the horrors he has wrought, wanders the woods in guilt and despair, while Arahabaki’s chilling voice reassures him of his destiny.
