So like, Mori goes out of Japan with his executives for a bit. Yokohama has a border, HPSC unhappy on it. They think Mori is big bad leader, so with him gone, they jump Yokohama. Armed Detective Agency and Hunting Dogs fight them, but somehow lose. And THEEN the main PM goats return, and they’re all gonna fix this and get Yokohama back or so help them.
This is all for shits and giggles. I don’t know much on like a lotta stuff, and i think too much so now i have these weird prompts. This will probably delve deeper, and if i make a better summary then i’m goated. I also don’t know how to make fics, so this might just be uploaded like really shitty.

Osamu Dazai was always a strange child. He rarely expressed emotion or pain, and he had been independent since childhood. Dazai was born to a young prostitute from Italy and the former Port Mafia boss as a little girl. His mother was forced to care for him and teach him the basics of living—potty training, walking, talking, reading, writing, etc—till he was about six years old.
At the time his father came to collect him as the heir to the Port Mafia. He could barely remember the times after that, lessons filled with violence, training, how to use his body, everything one would need to be the perfect little demon. So when he woke up to find a strange milky white envelope with a wax seal slid under his container door telling him he was a ‘wizard’—he wasn’t entirely surprised. He already knew supernatural abilities existed, he had No Longer Human for goodness sake. Magic wasn’t entirely out of the realm of possibility. -

Chuuya hesitated, then slowly lowered himself, distributing his weight cautiously, like he was afraid of crushing Dazai by accident.
The pressure hit all at once. Dazai made a soft, startled sound he couldn’t stop, and his hands curled reflexively into Chuuya’s shirt.
“Oh,” he breathed, eyes squeezing shut. “Um—that’s—”
Chuuya tensed immediately. “Too much?”
“No,” Dazai said quickly, voice trembling. “Please don’t move.”
There is no memory of being held. There is only the present: a couch, too much quiet, and Chuuya trying, clumsily, not to make things worse. Dazai discovers the absence inside him has edges. Chuuya discovers he can’t ignore it.
