Arden Lynn, now a seasoned pilot and trusted voice in the Alliance, is assigned to the diplomatic mission alongside Luke Skywalker and her partner, Wedge Antilles. What begins as a fragile ceasefire between former enemies quickly turns into a race against time as the Ssi-ruuk threat escalates-and Arden herself is captured, facing horrors she never imagined.

Summary
Nine years have passed since the battle of Endor. It's a time of peace in the Galaxy- and a time for building. Ezra and Sabine build a new life together on Lothal, with Loth-cats, children and farm animals. Luke and Mara work to build a new Jedi order. Leia and Han help to build a new Republic. Grand Admiral Nek Bwua'tu, with the help of his wife, Natasi, has built a fleet to protect the Republic. And Rex and Ahsoka are building a family, enjoying a life they have never known before.
