Three hours before Ace's execution is scheduled to take place, Sengoku receives an emergency transmission - Kaido and the Beast Pirates are sieging Egghead Island to seize the Seraphim and Doctor Vegapunk. All the Navy's powerful assets are at Marineford. Those who would control the world can only watch as things violently spin out of control from there.

This story is set 5 years after Luffy succeeds his goal and becomes the 2nd Pirate King. It is also set in an alternate universe, so there will be some differences to certain things than the original series. Luffy is now the Pirate King, and has ushered in a new era, and with it, a new challenge: in order to be the next pirate king, one must thoroughly surpass and defeat him and his crew. With the Tenryuubito gone, the Revolutionaries leading new missions, and the Marines reformed, the world has undergone many changes since the Throne War.
Malvolio D. Shocker is a boy born an orphan in Foosha. Unlike Luffy, an older kid he heard so much about growing up, no one seems to know or take notice of him. However, two fateful encounters, one during his childhood and one during his teenage years, set in motion his dream to surpass Luffy and become the Third Pirate King! The young man travels the world, finding friends and enemies alike, in order to eventually reach his goal.

Fresh off of the victory against Tot Musica, newly married and excited for more adventures to come, Luffy and her new spouses continue on her quest to find the One Piece for a Honeymoon Period, hoping to enjoy themselves for a while before a few of the members return to previous responsibilities. However, they end up stumbling onto the island of Egghead and the discoveries within will thwart any attempts at casual celebration.
Luffy will find herself falling headfirst into motherhood, and just in time for the Elders to make a spirited attempt at snuffing out the light of the sun that has been mocking them since Marineford - with seven little angel's souls in the balance.

Summary
Weary from yet another mission leaving his hands bloody and his nights haunted by nightmares, Borsalino sets out to find some l light distraction. An unlikely meeting marks the beginning of an even more unlikely partnership.
