Will reaches across the table, taking Jed’s hand on impulse. Jed looks down, and suddenly frowns. Will looks down too, realizing all too late his shirt sleeve has ridden up, far enough to bare the ring of bruises around his wrist.
“Will,” Jed says, more cautious now, and Will hates it. “Are you sure everything is okay?”

Moriarty drugs Sherlock and sends him on home to the not-so-waiting arms of his I'm-not-gay flatmate. John fends off Sherlock's persistent advances (apparently Sherlock gets horny when high, and has had a secret thing for John for quite a while?) and puts him safely to bed. In the aftermath of Sherlock's embarrassing revelations, John comes to terms with the fact that Sherlock's interest isn't entirely unreciprocated. And the best way to get one over on Moriarty is to do what they both apparently wanted to do in the first place.

So close to returning home, I am captured and held for questioning at a military base in Serbia. This was to be my last task before returning to Baker Street, to my life, to my friends.
