Summary
For two thousand years, the seven winged clans have been at war with the Abyss Kingdom. At this point, the conflict is more of a habit, and nobody knows or cares why it exists in the first place, except for perhaps the Abyss Queen herself. The clans did most certainly care, however, when the city at the heart of the Cryowings' land was attacked and decimated, without warning and seemingly without cause. That was twelve years ago. Now, the city is rebuilt, but there are still no answers. Kaeya, for one, would very much like to have answers, and it looks he might finally have his chance. Ganyu just found a long-lost letter from the Tsarista herself, who has been missing for twelve years, and it is addressed to none other than Kaeya's deceased father. The letter, of course, makes absolutely no sense, but it's a start, right?
Kaeya sets to unraveling the mysteries of the past with the help of allies old and new. However, time may be running short—in the wake of new strange phenomena, tensions are rising, accusations are being thrown around, and the leader of the Electrowings might be ready to make a drastic decision of her own...
