The boy exhales exasperatedly, visibly annoyed but with no choice left but to ask for 'help' from the only man he can trust. How strange, this man just so happens to be the least trustworthy person he has ever met, but semantics.
"I can't do it but I know you can. You've been wanting to do it for a long time, or am I wrong?"
Seongje laughs at that, and it's laced with disbelief and an anger so quiet you almost wouldn't be able to notice it.
"I dream of killing, yes, but I'd never actually do it."
'I could never' was left unsaid.
"But you've hurt me." The boy's voice is quiet.
"There's a difference sweetheart. I'll torture you with my own hands just to see you cry, but kill you? How could you think so lowly of me?"
Soon, what started as a mocking tone turned into anger in less than a second.
