It's been three years since the end of the GO series, and despite their many adventures and antics, the Raimon team is still going strong.
This time, though, they - and especially their captain - are put to the test when Tenma is accidentally returned to his very first day of Jr. High, when he first joined the Raimon soccer team. Stuck in his younger body, with no way to return home, he has no choice but to go through everything again.

It has been 10 years after the Legend of Raimon's Soccer Team : Inazuma Eleven.
Matsukaze Tenma joins Raimon in hopes to become a great soccer player. After joining the soccer club he finds out about the new enemy name Fifth Sector who have turn the soccer association fall in to the darkness and wants to make the soccer organization under their control. But Endou Mamoru, Coach of Raimon makes sure not to let Raimon fall under their hands. Will Raimon be able to win their way through the football frontier tournament?
But what happens when Raimon's enemy is not only fifth sector but also group of unnamed players who constantly attacks their members. Are the unknown players working for fifth sector? Or is it another team who despises Raimon?
