200 years after the survivors have escaped from Oakhurst, the town's curse strikes again. The Shadow Organization came to Oakhurst and did something to the beacons pulling all the survivors back in time, to when it all began. The only people who remember anything are the two vampires but (say it with me now) something's not right and things aren't as they were the first time around. Namely the two vampires who enter Oakhurst are not Owen and Scott but Pearl and Avid. Pearl tries to keep things together while Avid struggles to deal with his demons (literally and figuratively). Abolish seems to know more than he is letting on. Owen and Scott seem off, because if they're not creatures of the night they shouldn't be here, right? How can our two vampires be sure when this timeline is so different than the one they came from.
