You now those stories where Harry's past is discovered, so the Dursley's go on trial, Harry is adopted by Severus, and Dudley goes to Marge? This is that except very much more queer and disabled. With a twist or two, 1. we also follow Dudley for everything, 2. he does not go to Marge. and 3., as the tags suggest, this isn't set in the 90s and instead in in the late 2010s-early 2020s(starting in 2019) and dates are adjusted as such, so for example instead of Severus being being born in 1960 he's born in 1988.
Just a warning, but this will have American terms/measurements. Also this is more of a non-omniscient 3rd person narrator than being strictly by the person. So sometimes a character might not know something but the narrator will, if it's unavoidable(mostly applied to Harry’s inability to count)
