Summary
Ginny had never been more excited than when she was finally going to Hogwarts. She was sick of being the only girl and always being forced to help Mum with the woman's chores. She can't wait to finally be herself. But then she found the diary. She knew she shouldn't carry on writing in it but she just couldn't stop. Tom couldn't be that bad, could he?
Her first year is a disaster. She is manipulated and possessed by the teenage spirit of the Dark Lord but she does not give in easily. She does what any Weasley would do, she fights - and wins.
She thought that would be the end of things but every year seems to have some kind of disaster. Before she knows it Voldemort is back and she finds herself fighting more and more for those she loves. Who would have thought that Tom would be her best teacher?
Starts relatively canon compliant but will deviate more as it progresses. This is an AU where Ginny kicks ass and has much more influence on the story line.
