Peter was Bruce Banner's biggest fan- Bruce was Spider-Man's biggest fan, which made things complicated when Bruce found out both that Peter had been cutting himself and that he was Spider-Man.
Bruce was so upset at Tony for letting Peter be a hero at his age. That, and he found out that Tony hadn't noticed how much Peter was struggling.
Bruce became determined to help Peter.

Summary
Every time Peter Parker had a seizure, there was always something accompanying it aside from the physical pain. He was having visions of himself-- but not exactly "him". It was another universe and another version of Peter Parker-- one where he lost everything and no one remembered him. The more Peter has these visions, he feels like they could be the main reason why he was having seizures, not whatever diagnosis Bruce gave him.
Peter seeks out the help of Stephen Strange without Tony knowing and he figures out a solution that could fix everything all by himself. With a plan in motion, Peter is sure everything will be alright. That was, until America Chavez kidnaps him (well more like pulls him into a portal) and tells him there is something bigger going on-- something more urgent than what Stephen thought it would be.
Peter and America team up to figure out what was going on and prevent the destruction of the two universes, one where they lived and the one Peter kept having visions of.
This can't be harder than dealing with Thanos, can it?
