He can see it coming, sometimes–small changes in his mannerisms and in the way he speaks, or differences in what he chooses to wear at home, or even spontaneous tattoo and piercing appointments popping up in his calendar, like he's trying to ground himself in his own body again.

He does what he'd do about anything else in his life that's malfunctioning: he tries googling it. He does find words to put on it, none of which feel exactly right and all of which Kyo would undoubtedly deny if he brought them up. Kyo's squirming a little, his leg shifting restlessly. There's a lull in the video, the woman dangling there limply from her wrists, her head hanging. Miya slides his hand down slowly and caresses Kyo's hip. "You ever done stuff like that to anyone?" he asks, not sure what part of the vid is getting him this worked up. Maybe he misses doing it with women. Maybe he used to whip people like that. Maybe he just wants to be suspended from a ceiling and beaten up.
Knowing him, it's probably all of it.
In which Miya googles his way to being a Dom, goes jewelry shopping in Ginza, and gets married (kind of).

“God, Miya, they’re trying to get laid, not providing you your own little private lessons on how to fuck.” At this, Kyo’s eyes flashed and his mouth twitched a little. Kyo grabbed the back of his neck, eyes searching the room as his face got ruddy and contorted with nervousness. “I, um…” He started to rub the nape of his neck, eyes meeting Miya’s for a second before fluttering away again, [...] “I’ve been in your position, and I know how desperate you can feel. It can make you do some stupid things,” Kyo rubbed his head and growled in frustration as he fought against his next words, “and I don’t want you to do anything you can’t come back from. Just… let me help you.”

I mean…” Kyo threw his head forward and groaned, “Don’t you get what I’m saying?” He lifted his face to see Miya, still puzzled, and he continued, “No? Kyo's inked hand comes into his field of vision and takes the phone from him. Miya looks up, blinking, just as Kyo drops himself into his lap, giving his skirt a quick tug to rearrange the tulle around himself as he straddles him. He's surprisingly heavy for his size, his body warm and solid against Miya’s.
"So," he starts, with a smile on his red-smeared lips that can't mean anything good, "are we going to talk about it?"In which Miya and Kyo hook up a lot, despite Miya's misgivings about sleeping with a bandmate. It's all very casual, and Miya isn't catching any feelings whatsoever.

Vor fast einem Jahr wurde Tatsuros erster Roman veröffentlicht. Geld und Ruhm haben nicht lange auf sich warten lassen, während er als der Goldjunge des Verlags gefeiert wird. Seither ist jedoch eine Frist nach der anderen verstrichen, ohne dass er auch nur im Ansatz an seinen Erfolg anknüpfen konnte. Eine Schreibblockade hat ihn fest im Griff, und wenn er es nicht schafft, bis Ende der Woche die ersten beiden Kapitel seines neuen Romans seinem Verleger vorzulegen, war es das für seine Karriere als Schriftsteller. Was also tun, wenn kein Wort den Weg aufs Papier finden will? Sich trotzdem hinsetzen und die Kreativität erzwingen? Oder so lange Nichtigkeiten schreiben, bis etwas Brauchbares dabei herumkommt? Nein, das sind nicht Tatsuros Methoden. Lieber ertränkt er erst einmal den ganzen Frust und die letzte Deadline im Alkohol und sieht sich dann nach einem Mitbewohner um. Wenn er Ende der Woche schon mit wehenden Fahnen scheitert, will er wenigstens sicherstellen, dass er noch ein Dach über dem Kopf hat. Satochi übernimmt den Part des Saufkumpanes, während Miya schon den perfekten Mitbewohner gefunden zu haben scheint. Ob Tatsuro bewusst ist, worauf er sich einlässt?

Tatsuro's first novel was published almost a year ago. Money and fame were not long in coming, while he was hailed as the publisher's golden boy. Since then, however, deadline after deadline has passed without him being able to even begin to build on his success. Writer's block has him firmly in its grasp, and if he doesn't manage to submit the first two chapters of his new novel by the end of the week, his writing career is over. So what to do when no words want to find their way onto paper? Sit down anyway and force creativity? Or write inanities until something useful comes along? No, these are not Tatsuro's methods. He'd rather drown all his frustration in alcohol first and then look around for a roommate. If he's going to fail with flying colours at the end of the week, he at least wants to make sure he still has a roof over his head. Satochi takes on the role of drinking buddy, while Miya seems to have already found the perfect roommate. But whether Tatsuro realizes what he's getting himself into, needs to be seen.

With the official government edict to shelter at home to prevent the spread of the virus, people were becoming creative in their pursuits of entertainment to ward off boredom. The edict did not sit well with some of the nation’s younger generation, who believed themselves to be immune to the virus based on their age, though there were some who were more vocal in their protests of the lock down, than others.
Something new that didn't start out that way.
