Sequel to Protocol: Web Shortfall.
With the Raft under control, Clint watches his son navigate out of the prison. He knew Peter was a ringleader for the vigilantes of New York, but he truly didn't know the real extent of his sons' reign over them. There's more to it, Clint knew that. He wanted to learn those codes, earn the right to stand by his son at night and call him a hero by his side.
That doesn't change when they make it off the prison, Peter's one of the last ones to get off the metal hell as the aircraft carried them off into the distance, his sons laughter piercing through the air like thunder. Wakanda was an entirely different area, a whole new ballpark to navigate and memorize. Clint is busy trying to keep Steve from suffocating his son for his illegal heroism at his young age - the hypocrite - and also keeping his son happy.
Then an aircraft touches down in a field; the minute the back hatch opens Peter's jumping out of the window on the third floor to get there, desperation in his eyes as three people walk out. It was weird, hearing Peter call Matt Murdock his father and tackling a girl to shroud her in his love.
He really had missed so much of his son's life, Clint had to fix that.

“You. Reckless idiot.” Spider-Man said, rolling up the bottom half of his mask. Before the question of ‘what are you doing?’ could leave Johnny’s lips, they were stopped by Spider-Man’s lips pressed gently against his. It was simple, but so sweet that Johnny just leaned into it.
Johnny didn’t mean to make this obviously impulsive kiss something it wasn’t, but he kissed him back and gently cupped his face. Knowing this was never going to happen again.
What shocked him most was that Peter was kissing him back.
----One moment between Spider-Man and The Human Torch changes the course of their friendship. Too bad this moment was caught on camera and in front of hundreds of people. Now Peter can't bring himself to be vocalize his feelings and Johnny would rather try and would rather deny the obvious.

Clint knew he had a son; Peter was a ray of sunshine and Clint hated to leave the boy. S.H.I.E.L.D. wasn't safe, not anymore, and so he hid Peter away with his sister-in-law, with May, and cut off contact. He hadn't seen Peter since he was four, hadn't seen his son since Mary died in the HYDRA raid on her quinjet. He'd be fifteen this year, starting his sophomore year of high school, and Clint really hopes that his son is living his best life.
Everything changes with Germany. Clint's thrown in the Raft - in prison - with Sam, Wanda, and Scott. He's terrified of what will happen to May and Peter, he knows it's a silly thought to worry about, but he couldn't help it.
Then Ross brings in Spider-Man, a fifteen-year-old boy with fluffy brown hair and milky brown eyes. He brought in Peter Parker, he brought in Clints son and Ross had no idea. He's restrained in handcuffs and a shock collar, something that hurts Clint to the core to see, and eventually, he's tortured. Clint can't do anything, he's helpless. It hurts.

“Hey Deadpool! Waiit Deadpool? What are you doing here?” Peter questioned as he realised where he was and who he was, or well more importantly who he wasn't, which was Spiderman.
“How do you know who I am?”
“Everyone knows who you are? Duh.” Peter improvised but the look on the mercenary’s face ,or well as much as Peter could tell from his mask, meant that he’d already made a mistake. Shit.
Peter wanted to die when these next words came out of his mouth. “I thought everyone knew who you were. I’m such a big fan of yours Mr.. Mr Pool!” God he’s definitely going to regret saying that.____________________________________________
Peter gets a mysterious visitor in the middle of the night and Harry Osborn is a dick but Wade comes in a saves the day and Peter.
