How could the absence of something she’d survived nineteen years without be the death of her?

For so long, it had all seemed so pointless. Breaking her back and for what? It wasn’t until the past two years that she finally felt the fruits of her labor. And finally, Therese simply…Blew. The Fuck. Up.
Even in the most optimistic, rose-tinted fantasies of her career, Therese never imagined she’d be taking a casual afternoon stroll around Silver Lake Reservoir with Carol Aird, a singer whose celebrity spanned nearly Therese’s entire lifetime. I would like to apologize to all the astronauts out there who we know are working their scientific butts off to make this world a better place. I am not a scientist and I can't imagine any of what I wrote on here has any merits in the science world. It's all made up shit, some events have YET to happen in our modern /real world. TIME TRAVEL and SUCCESSFUL TRIP TO MARS for humans hasn't yet been achieved so don't come after me for that lol.
