Summary
Vincent Walsh is a Nephilim. To most people, this term doesn't mean much of anything other than it being a term used in the bible for a mythical warrior of God. But Nephilim exist, and they walk amongst humans, participating in society and looking just like everyone else. But if you were to cut a Nephilim open, it wouldn't be red blood that pours out. It could be a deep blue, or a metallic orange, or a glowing yellow. And if you were to kill one, it wouldn't stay dead; and you'd better count your days if you sunk your blade into them.
Jericho is a wilderness camp runaway, trying to get as far away from the deserts of Nevada as possible. Of course he knows getting in a stranger's RV is dangerous, but if he were to continue walking down that road in the baking sun, he'd be dead anyways.
Vincent thinks he's caught his next meal to feed his corrupted appetite. With his demonic Pheranim blood getting muddier and muddier by the passing day and his pheromones getting out of control, things become a lot more complicated than just fattening up his prey.
