Summary
An unanswered question hung in the air, pressing enough that it didn’t need to be asked again. “Before he started murdering people, Stain used to be my hero. He’s the reason I applied for the hero course at UA, and the reason I believed… still believe that I can make a difference. I had hoped people could pay homage to his values without invoking violence, but I guess that was too much to ask for.”
Touya shifted, perhaps trying to get more comfortable. “At this point, what other way is there?”
Akiko paused, and scrambled for words. They didn’t come. Akiko gave up, and tried something else. “I don’t entirely know, I really don’t. But… I’m going to figure it out. I have to believe I can figure it out, with the help of my friends. What about you? Why did you come?”

Summary
It is said that the seven fathers of the Dwarves returned again to their kin in Middle-Earth, returning life to their fallen forms to lead their people once more. Of these, the most renowned was Durin.
The dwarves of Orzammar have lost much. Their collective grief dominates their thoughts, their politics, their beliefs. Durin has lost even more. But he will not allow their trauma to drive his people to ever darker extremes. There is only one path, and it does not lead back. It is upon them to follow it forward.
This story is standalone. Reading other stories in the series is neither required nor even especially recommended.

The loose, pale ringlets keep catching Izuku off-guard. They fall in his eyes all the time, but he hasn't had the chance to buy a headband or something yet. Maybe once they're checked in-A gentle hand comes up to brush them back, just two fingers tucking the curl behind his ear, and Izuku cannot help but tilt into the touch, smiling up at his partner.
"Thank you."
"Sap." But Tomura is still smiling slightly, something fond softening the crinkles of tension around his eyes.---
Having a glass barrier almost a metre thick is beyond disconcerting. (It's heart-breaking, something in the centre of Izuku threatening to burst into splinters and a tsunami-) Izuku isn't in danger. Not from the prisoner, at least.
Tomura is still his partner, as far as Izuku is concerned, and always will be. He knows, from the look in Tomura's eye, the aching depths that are impossibly warm no matter how choked it might be by restraint-fear-determination, that his love is reciprocated.

My mapping of possible pathways after the Marvel blip that removed 50% of the universe’s population (based only on what would happen on Earth, indeed, specifically in post-industrial countries).
Key assumptions:
1, Based on the shot of the crashing helicopter in the background when Fury is disappearing, there are a large number of deaths caused by car crashes, etc during the blip.
2, Based on the shot of the marching band reappearing on the basketball court in the Spider Man move, people reappear where they were blipped.
3, Given that Thannos intended to increase the proportion of resources per person, he blipped only sentient beings and not animals or plants. -
