When the condo, previously owned by the Old Mean Couple, is sold, everyone breathes a sigh of relief. The people of Sunset Bird are excited to see exactly who these new owners are. No one new ever shows up; at least not since Cliff and Cove Holden moved in a few years ago. Imagine everyone's surprise when the new tenants seem to be a bit more...posh and well to do than everyone else in town.
Enter Matthias, the youngest of 12 children to the Fairwell family. He...would rather be anywhere other than Sunset Bird. But when forced to hang out with the only two kids his age, he finds out he doesn't mind the quiet little no where town as much as he thought he would. In fact, he finds that the sights - and one beach boy in particular - are very appealing.

Thus starts the beginnings of a soap opera version of Baxters DLC...Nobody is prepared for what they are in for, and this crazy ride persists way past the DLC’s ending...
