Orihime's entire being at the moment was defined by regret as she gazed at the tattered, bleeding body of Kurosaki. Bleeding across the white floors of the bathroom, red staining the bathtub where he seemed so small she is scared he will drown in his own blood.
She could have avoided this whole moment; tears streaked her cheeks and chest as she tried to cover the wounds. His faint, stuttering breathe deafened her. If she had not agreed to go with Ulquiorra, never had her useless powers, or just didn't exist. It seemed to be all her fault, but she had to push her self-hatred out as Ichigo grew colder in her shaking hands.
(Or just my torture fic, Ichihime is supposed to be platonic, but you could read it as romantic.)

Aizen Sosuke had successfully planned out his reveal as a traitor to the Soul Society and was preparing to carry out his plan of massacring the Central 46. However, there was a problem. The betrayal he had suspected from Ichimaru Gin had arrived earlier than he expected, causing him to lose to the Captain of the Fourth Division and taken to a trial.
His punishment? Aizen will be banished into the Human World as a human and live out the rest of his life there until his eventual descent into Hell. Along the way, he will meet new and old faces. He might even get to experience the more mundane parts of life involving a 148 cm tall girl.
Or...
Aizen gets reverse-isekai'd and attempts to return back to the Soul Society. However, he ultimately fails as he starts to see the small pleasures of life with his buddy, Hirako Shinji, and potential love interest, Waguri Kaoruko.
