Summary
Phil hasn’t fed in… god, almost a week. Dan tried to stop counting after day four, because that’s when the small signs started snowballing into concerning ones. Tonight makes six days since Phil last had any blood. Their flat feels wrong because of it, tense in a way Dan can’t explain. Tense because neither of them want to acknowledge it, both afraid of starting an unnecessary argument.

Phil hasn’t figured out how to “ethically” get blood. This leads him to having to attack people late at night just to get blood. Dan doesn’t like it, but it’s something Phil has to do so he doesn’t voice it. Phil tries to put off feeding, which leaves him irritated and snappy. dan often has to push him to go out and eat. Phil pushes the limits of the in-between feeding period and when Dan finally gets him to go out, he almost kills someone.

Summary
Dan’s ears were compromised; water from another world began to fill up the drums inside her canals. For all Dan knew, bubbles and blather left the other person’s mouth.
“I’m dying…” Dan said, her tongue fat in her mouth.
“I don’t think that’s a possibility, my love.”
“A-and my throat…” Dan practically coughed out, “am I getting sick?”
The person came more into frame, in full definition. A contrast of pietersite and garnet fought for the turf in this woman’s eyes. Yet, that was the least interesting aspect on her body; her platinum blonde locks hanging loose over her shoulders contrasted with the shady ash of her eyebrows.
“I don’t think vampires can get sick, either.” She tweeted in a sing-song.

Dan walks home from one of her jobs and gets attacked. She is saved by a vampire, whom she gave dubious consent to change her. Toxic yuri ensues.

Summary
Dan's enjoyed a wonderfully cozy life. A wealthy lawyer, from a good-standing family, devilishly handsome. He was supposed to marry a respectable young lady and have at the very least three beautiful children. He never would've expected to get sucked into this bloody, terrifying mess. Especially not by a gorgeous, drunken stranger.
(Or, Dan's a lawyer in the 1890s, Phil's a vampire who desperately needs Dan's help)

Dan and Phil had a pretty normal life for a while. Well, as normal as life could be for a couple of vampires in London. Dan was happy to do most of the hunting, bringing a glamored human over for Phil to have a sip. He was basically the big brother, and technically he was Phil’s maker. Therefore, it was his duty to stay with Phil until his skills were sufficient to be left alone. Though neither of them planned on actually going their separate ways.
Besides, Dan figured, hunters traveled in pairs or groups so why not him too? He knew Phil wouldn’t be much help in a fight, but he also knew he could trust him not to run away or abandon him. He knew that for them, it was Dan and Phil to the end.
Until…(See first chapter for the full summary, it was over the character limit! Also, there will eventually be some mentions of a M/M relationship, but it's not a focus of the story so I didn't mark it)

Summary
Vampires live freely among humans. They quietly coexist and hardly ever kill their victims, instead they usually appear as drunken one night stands or that one guy you made out within at the bar who gave you a very painful hickey. The only limitation put on vampires is that they cannot touch someone who is pure in thought and body. (i.e. Never touched themselves or had sex) In today's society that's not really an issue, but sometimes those people are worth the risk. After all, pure blood tastes best.
Phil is a vampire, has been for around ten years, but he's stuck at 19. He's always been able to get into bars or wherever it was easiest to get a fresh source of blood. It never mattered to him what kind of blood it was, blood was something he had to have, and whichever way was easiest was fine by him. Until one night he met Dan.

Phil let his posture relax as the wolf came closer. The wolf picked up speed and it almost looked like he was going to bowl over Phil, but at the last instant, there was a terrific tearing noise like the air was being ripped at its seams, and then a lean, curly-haired man with a bright grin was toppling into Phil’s lap.
“Hmm,” rumbled the werewolf, slinging his arms around Phil’s neck and leaning in to nuzzle beneath his jaw. “You can’t just whistle when you want me to come over, you know?”
“Can’t I?” Phil said slyly, slipping one arm around the wolf’s waist. He smelled rich and earthy. “Because you come over every time I do it, Dan.”
Vampires and werewolves don't usually get along, much less form a pack-clan together, but Dan and Phil make it work. When one's the Primus of a massive vampire clan and the other is the Alpha of a close-knit werewolf pack, how couldn't they?
