Summary
This is real life emotion. There are no characters tagged and it's not really one or the other Fandom but it's a required field so I put the Fandom I'm in. These are real emotions, real life stuff and thoughts that have or are happening to me. I write as an outlet because if I don't, well I don't know where I would be.
Regardless, I share because I don't want to feel alone and I'm trying to normalize the Rollercoaster of emotions as a mother, a woman, etc. I share because it's taboo to discuss mental health challenges, but mental health needs to be addressed.
If you resonate with this, I hope you're getting the help you deserve. This may be just a season as well, but I want you to know you're not alone.
