It wasn’t a question and both of them knew it.
Marinette clicked her tongue loudly in response before she glared harshly at the man who was obviously mocking her at this point.
“I don’t know a lot of things,” she said with a huff, “humans don’t know a lot of things in general. I think you’re referring to something I don’t know and assuming that I do.”
“So, you want me to elaborate?” The Man, as she has oh so affectionately dubbed him, said with his ever present smirk.
Was it too late to ask if he was an akuma? Definitely. It's the only thing that kept her mouth shut as she nodded in frustration and ignored the oncoming migraine.
“I’m Lincoln March, I ran as Mayor in Gotham City back in America years ago. I suppose you already know of the Court of Owls, I may as well explain that I’m also Thomas Wayne Junior. You can only imagine my surprise when I’m notified of a niece of mine living here in Paris with two bakers of all professions.”
