Poor Tom, between me squeezing his hand and doctors having him run ragged, but he seemed to calm that tempest of a child… I can tell he is going to spoil this girl just as much. He is already calling her his “Princess”, but it’s nice to see him so happy again, he was so focused on the bakery that I worried he never wanted to try again.

'can men born from magic ever be saved?'
dupont is welcoming a group of transfers from england for the year, all but one arriving after the winter holidays. finch gallows, however, arrives in september due to her struggle with french. both marinette and lila take an interest in her - one for the fact that she goes to school with a fairly famous teenager, and the other because she isn't someone easily fooled. unfortunately for both of them, finch gallows has no intention of playing nice, and even less patience with akumas than the heroes themselves.
at the same time, felix fathom and adrien agreste are both experiencing vivid dreams and other strange symptoms that come and go at random times. when searching for an answer, they uncover the truth of their birth - and exactly why playing with fate and magic is a bad decision. the thing is, they don't like each other, don't know if it's fixable, and have bigger problems that are slowly suffocating them.
(or: a transfer student arrives a term early and refuses to listen to lila's lies, as told by marinette and alix. both adrien and felix are finding out just why being born by magic is a very bad, no good thing, as told by, well, themselves.)
