Turning back around, 1989's arm raised to relax on the backrest of the seat. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your perspective,) Midnights also shifted seat at the same moment, leaving 1989's hand on the older woman's breast.
Eyes widened, and across from her, a sculpted eyebrow raised. Heat in the room increased by tenfold, and cheekbones warmed, flushing with humiliation.
Stammering, 1989 froze. "I... sorry."

Your brows rose slightly, and upon noticing your confusion he gave a soft chuckle. “Uh, I meant do you think that one tiny crime can be wiped out by a thousand good deeds?” Your expression faltered at the question before you gave a small shrug, feigning indifference. “I’m not sure. What do you think?..” Spencer was quiet for a moment, taking a pause to consider the question thoughtfully. “I think it depends on the crime committed, and the good deeds done.”

Aron Hill, an army mechanic, goes on indefinite leave after an incident involving her superiors. She buys a small hose at the edge of a quiet suburb. In her spare time, which she now has a lot of, she fixes things for the townsfolk and works on custom weapons to earn a living. One autumn evening, she hears unusual noises from her front yard. Fearing that someone has been sent to spy on her, or worse, she grabs a pistol and goes to investigate. She does not expect to find a fox woman rummaging though her bins.
