After sleeping with a drunk Derek (who then doesn't remember the encounter the next morning), Spencer thought that things couldn't possibly get any worse. However, he is quickly reminded that things can ALWAYS get worse.
A/N: I do not in ANY way, shape, or form mean to downgrade or mock the issue of rape. If this is a sensitive subject for you, please don't read this! It is DUBIOUS CONSENT as one of the tags makes aware. I don't consider this rape personally (and, according to DC and Missouri criminal law [they live in DC and it happened in Missouri], it's not, if only for the simple reason that both involved parties had around the SAME amount to drink and were EQUALLY drunk, even if only one actually remembered some things from the night before and the other didn't) because the characters don't consider it rape but I guess it could read as such and it could even still be legally considered rape, which is why I added the "Rape/Non-Con" warning. Please see chapter 4 for specific criminal codes and reasons why I think that it's NOT rape. Thank you.

It’s so dark when Mac wakes up that it takes him a few moments to decide that he really is awake. It’s the worst kind of darkness. Surrounding, suffocatingly black. He can’t tell if his eyes are actually open or not, although, maybe it’s a good thing it’s so dark because any form of light would make the brutal pounding in his head even worse and he’s pretty sure that’s not something he wants.

Summary
Officially, as a government agent, Jack learned about vamps about a week before everyone else. He got called back in to Langley - they all did - and taught everything he was told he needed to know about the species.
Unofficially, by the time Jack shipped over, no Delta had left an Army base in the Middle East without a full set of stakes, a machete, and a pint of dead man’s blood on his person in the past twenty years.
(On a mission for the DXS, Mac and Jack are captured. They can make it out... if Mac will allow himself to feed and heal.
But Jack is the only thing available for Mac to feed on.)

Summary
Matty ambushes Mac on a Sunday before he’s had his first cup of coffee. This is kind of unfair but Mac is a spy and his boss knows she has to take advantage of his weaknesses if she wants to catch him unaware.
“You’re going on vacation,” Matty states, voice hard and leaving little room for argument.
“Whut?” Mac blinks, trying to make sense of the fact that she’s standing in his kitchen at half past seven on a Sunday morning. Behind him, the coffee machine makes a pathetic noise before shutting down, and he remembers that he was supposed to repair that yesterday.
In a world where soulmates recognize each other by their first words, Mac takes a vacation that goes downhill fast. In the end, it takes the combined effort of the Phoenix team to save the day and Mac's soulmate.
