Summary
What if humanity managed to create the Plants before the earth was past the point of no return? With the creation of plants in the 20th century humanity wasn't forced to find a new home among the stars just yet, plants were used to try and sustain life on earth. And so, two hundred years later a set of independent plant twins were born in the SEEDS HQ on earth and forced to grow up under careful observation. Will they ever get to see the outside world and know freedom, or are they doomed to be little more than lab rats? Growing up and taking strides the twins work to find where their home belongs and where they fit in among humanity.

Summary
After Tesla, Rem swore to herself that should another child be born on the SEEDS ships; she'd do all she could to care for them and keep them safe. She never expected that on her very next rotation, one of the passengers would be in a medical emergency and is now fighting to save their struggling child. Rem never expected to find herself thrown into motherhood but Vash needs her and she'll keep that promise she made to herself, even if it's a human child.
Unknown to her, Vash will pay that promise forward one day, even if he doesn't know about the incident that sparked it. So when a new plant is born; Vash is excited to care for and raise him in the memory of Rem who did the same for him. And with his love of plants, Vash can do nothing but encourage Nai's growth and power. Vash could never imagen that anyone like Nai has happened before and has no reason to fear for him...

Summary
Vash has been on the run for 25 years, to stubborn to look back and too paranoid to stop. When he does risk reaching out to Nai, his fears are confirmed as Nai quickly had Vash brought back home. Now Nai plans on keeping Vash and if Vash is going to act like a moody teen or angry cat, he'll have Vash look the part.

Summary
Brad is still suspicious of Vash, even after having healed the energy plant. Without his support to move Vash out of a cell and into a room, Vash finds himself at the continuing to stay in the cell of ship 3. Soon he's seen just for his use of healing plants and kept in near isolation without much of a lifeline. He can only hope that by continuing to prove his usefulness he can atone for his sin of helping bring about the Big Fall but his own humanity erodes away over the years. Can humans keep a grudge going at someone that looks like a child for over a decade?

Summary
Sixteen years ago, Vash was proclaimed dead in a house fire alongside his mother, Rem, daughter of the Saverem family. Sixteen years later, he is found by his brother, Millions Knives, and his group.
Vash is not the same naive child he once was. He's a broken thing, worn down by hunger, fear, and pain. Knives is determined to mend his brother's wounds and keep him safe. Vash is still the sweet boy Knives remembers, kind and easy to love. And well, maybe Knives' right-hand man, Wolfwood, thinks the same, too.
A sci-fi Mafia AU in which Knives, Wolfwood, and Vash fall in love—comes with a bonus organized crime plot.

The blue of his eyes was startling and pale, wide as Knives stared. Feathers fanned from his hair and gracefully swooped down his back. It was clear his powers had awakened and were stable, no cannon growing in place of his arm, but Vash was unsure what the hell was actually going on. His tongue drew back into his mouth.
Wincing, Vash tried to free one of his shoulders to go for the gun at his hip. “At least if you explode, no one’s around but me…”
Knives pushed his claw into Vash to hold him still, drawing a spot of red up from his skin. Vash huffed breath and curled his arm up to scratch his brother’s feathered forearm. He made a noise like an engine.
“What the- Knives!”
Vash jerked as the tongue came out again, sliding into the puncture and lapping up the blood Vash spilled. His face pinched briefly, then he shook his head. “What the hell is wrong with you?” Vash’s Gate had never made him act like this.
