The Going Merry is about five minutes away from Loguetown when a man drops out of the sky.
Not drop-drops. He lands fairly light on his feet, right in the middle of their main deck, making Usopp shriek and Sanji swear and Zoro grab for his new swords. Nami simply freezes, because one, that is definitely Not a marine uniform, and two, she’s the only one in a position to see their captain’s face light up.
