In the darkness of the night, Harry returned to consciousness, plagued with the horrific memories of the Third Task of the Triwizard Tournament. He could still hear the thump of Cedric's lifeless body as it hit the ground, his empty eyes opened wide, staring at nothing, an expression of shock and fear frozen on his face. He could still feel the sting of the wound as his blood dripped into the cauldron, bringing Lord Voldemort back to full power. And he'd never forget the cackling laughter of the Death Eaters as he realized he was moments away from death.
But somehow - somehow, he was still alive. Alive to feel the guilt, the sorrow, and the horror. Alive, while Cedric was dead. How was that fair?
"Let it out, Harry. Shhh, let it out, my brave, beautiful boy."
Molly Weasley may not be Harry's mother, but Harry needed comfort. He needed to be held and loved. And she had grown to regard him as one of her children, and when she saw how terribly he was hurting, she took it upon herself to nurture and care for him.
And Harry shouldn't have to be strong all the time.

Nya’s ear is pressed against her brother’s chest, one of his hands holding her by her shoulder, the other covering her exposed ear. Even so, she can hear someone screaming down the hall.
They’ve been captured, locked in this cell for over two days now. At the very least, Nya thinks, they got her and Kai together. She couldn’t imagine being trapped here alone.
Kai has been doing everything within his power to protect her so far, picking fights and throwing himself at anyone who comes near. He’s trying to gain their favor, but not in a good way.
They haven’t been tortured yet, but they both know it’s coming.

This is what Zane notices about them. He also notices that while Kai is quick to anger, it seems to be an act, or at the very least, he is calm in most scenarios. He excels in training where Zane, Cole, and Jay fall behind, learning quickly and implementing newfound skills in battle as though they’re second nature.
The most interesting thing, Zane finds, is how even though all signs point to him being the kind of person to panic when in a stressful situation, Kai never does.
