Summary
At forty-two, Professor Sergio Marquina is at the height of his career as the deputy head of the Cancer Research Institute at the University of Madrid, chasing a vaccine for cancer. Twenty-six year-old Raquel Murillo is a fourth-year PhD student who transferred to the University of Madrid two years ago, and has yet to fully recover from her experiences under an abusive supervisor.
