Summary
“You’re very quiet.” The voice came from the front seat, soft, like something rising out of a dream. Hannibal drove with a calm that seemed offended by chaos. One hand loose on the steering wheel, the other resting on the gearshift, fingers relaxed. “I imagine you’re frightened. It’s understandable.”
Will didn’t answer. Couldn’t.
Wouldn’t.
He stayed frozen in the backseat, every muscle tight, as if his very skin ached from the inside out.

Summary
Jannik Sinner dove for a ball in the 2020 Australian Open final, and never really got back up. He has never actually watched the footage back. It ended there, at age 23. 2 grand slams. A couple of months at world number one. A permanent hitch in his stride.
He is 28 years old when he agrees to join the coaching team of rising talent, Carlos Alcaraz.

Summary
Jannik feels something pinch low in his chest, part laughter, part something else. “It’s ridiculous,” he says, but the words snag, almost tripping over a smile he doesn’t want to give away.
Carlos doesn’t defend it. Doesn’t dismiss it. He laughs—open, easy, untroubled—and the sound lands heavier on Jannik than he expects. “They have good taste.”
“They’re insane,” Jannik counters.
“Maybe.” Carlos’s grin deepens. “But I kind of like it.”
That stops Jannik. “You like people making up fake stories about us?”
Carlos shrugs like the question’s made of air. “They could make up worse things.”The world calls it chemistry. The internet calls it sincaraz.
Jannik calls it torture.
Because Carlos is playing the game everywhere but the court, and Jannik is losing badly.Bookmarked by maggie_3323

Summary
The first three days of Carlos’ residency in Innichen were exactly how he hoped they would be – uneventful. That is, until a frantic man with a storm of red curls and so many freckles that you’d never be able to count them all appears at his doorstep with a cat in his arms, begging for his help. Somewhere between the passenger seat of a red Fiat Panda, a stuffed waiting room at a veterinary clinic and a tiny Italian restaurant, a thread of understanding tangles them together, leading Carlos to a revelatory conclusion that maybe the tranquillity of the alpine villages, and their quiet tenderness embodied so perfectly by Jannik, is exactly what he was missing in his life.

Summary
“I think we should make a deal,” Carlos whispers in his ear.
"A deal?” Jannik asks, tightening his hold on Carlos’s ass when he begins to grind on him more pointedly.
“I think,” Carlos says lightly, pressing a sweet kiss to his parted lips, drawing another moan from him, “that I’ll let you fuck me the next time you win.” When Jannik opens his eyes, he finds all the wicked taunting he heard in his voice written all over his face. He’s about to protest when Carlos flips him with a strong hold on his hips. Jannik’s gasp is muffled where his face lands in a pillow. “Until then,” Carlos continues, pressing kisses to each of the bumps of Jannik’s spine, “your ass is mine.”
or, Jannik and Carlos made a deal after the Roland Garros final, and it's time for Jannik to cash in.
