He’s distracted by movement in his peripheral, and turns to see a small flock of birds gliding past. For whatever reason, he can’t find it in himself to look away. They’re ravens, and in the back of his mind he can remember his grandmother’s words about how ravens are a sign of transformation.
The little flock disappears in the distance, and Seokjin releases a breath he didn’t know he was holding. The sun’s rays warm his skin, and he closes his eyes to soak it in for a little bit before pushing himself up and heading inside.
