  1. An item’s owner cannot be changed once it is determined 

  2. The powers of the item are possessed only by its owner 

  3. When an item is activated, anyone in its proximity aware of the time travel event will go back in time with their memory retained (they will have knowledge of the future)

  4. Time dilation powers will not affect item holders 

  5. Each item has a unique scope of time-manipulating powers 

  6. Every item has to be recharged over a specific period of time 

  7. During recharge, the item’s powers are fully nullified 

  8. Each item can sense the presence and activity of another nearby item 

  9. An item’s time-manipulating powers will only activate by the owner’s will. Otherwise, the item will serve its original, intended function. 

  10. Time traveling is not intended for fixing mistakes and saving lives. Fates are usually tied between people with strong relationships. The only way to change someone’s life without affecting the others close to them is to separate the fates by changing one set event in the past that first tied their fates together.
