   After an unknown alien ship crash lands and starts wreaking havoc, it is up to the many Inklings, Octolings and other inhabitants of the world to figure out what's going on, especially the fact that it involves large bipedal creatures that seem oddly... familiar.

   Meanwhile, a small group is dispatched to make sure the sins of their past don't destroy the new inhabitants of the world. It's not their planet anymore, after all.
