- Tornado Warnings by Sabrina CarpenterJorvik is an island surrounded by questions and fairytales. Ruby Lagarde, born on Jorvik but raised in France, always wondered what it would be like to live there and discover all the sights firsthand. After an ill-fated dressage competition and the shocking disappearance of another Jorvegian equestrian, Ruby sets off to Jorvik to a riding camp. After only a couple of days spent there, she discovers more about herself than she would've ever expected and realizes the true reason why destiny directed her towards the mysterious island.
Eventually, Ruby is faced with having to choose between her allegiance to the Soul Riders or following her heart, because every single decision she makes not only impacts her fate, but also the entire island's.
