Summary
Bioterrorism is the biggest disaster the world has ever seen, and it's getting worse. Nobody was concerned with how bioterrorism was fought - the main thing was to get it done. It was easy to point the finger at others while doing nothing. Maybe they would understand better if they witnessed what the secret saviors went through every day. But no one would ever know.
