Summary
He was on his way to the store when he felt a stirring in the air, something familiar from ages past. It made his hair stand on end, and he pulled his jacket tighter around his body. He had his beat up headphones on, blocking out the sounds of the street. He was uncomfortable, deeply, deeply uncomfortable. That stirring felt… significant. In a way he hadn’t felt since- since Arthur.
Merlin is flung into the past, dragged across time and space to a Camelot so like his own and yet not at all the same. After a thousand years, he must find his way in this new world, or run as far away as he can, if only to save himself. Not to mention that Arthur is nowhere in sight, and those that he loves are in danger if they even get near him...
Arthur dreams of a life that is not his own, flashes of a past that he never lived haunting him. To possibly find answers, he must travel to Camelot, and possibly see what these strange dreams mean.
