Summary
Dean's life has changed irrevocably since the apocalypse ended. Losing Sam had almost killed him, but despite everything he’s been through, Dean has managed to make a life for himself. It’s probably not quite the apple pie life Sam had imagined for him but he wouldn't have it any other way.
Five years after Sam's death, Dean receives an unexpected phone call that threatens not only his new life, but the world at large. After having taken a step back from hunting for half a decade Dean is suddenly thrust back into the trenches of yet another apocalyptic war. He is determined to save Sammy this time around, but that's easier said than done. Amidst the chaos of armageddon Dean fights tooth and nail to heal Sam's soul. Sam fights back.
