Summary
The green door is never in the same place twice. Sometimes it appears in the pantry, sometimes at the end of a hallway, sometimes even in the cellar. Behind it, twelve-year-old Nico finds whatever he needs most—trunks full of costumes, a library where books read themselves aloud, or a workshop with a project waiting to be finished.
But one Saturday, Nico makes a serious mistake. And this time, when the green door appears, what will be waiting behind it?
