Summary
Lin Yühsia, daughter of the Rat King and the soon-to-be queen of the Lungmen underworld herself, has been quite the beneficial ally for Rhodes island. Ever since the Chernobog crisis and Ch'en's self-imposed exile, Lin has been a constant contact and frequent guest on the landship. At first you think it's because she's been sent by Wei to spy on the wayward daughter. She frequents your office, poking around in Ch'en's business, prodding you with easy-to-excuse questions about the Lung's where-abouts and doing.
And out of the blue one day you arrive at your office one day to find Lin sitting on your desk, one leg crossed over the other, a sharp and inquisitve look on her face as she says, "I know what you and Ch'en have been doing. I wish to make a proposal..."
