Summary
Everyone assumed that demons would be the ones to kill millions of people in the apocalypse. No one was prepared for it to be the angels who massacred the human race and left behind a reign of terror, least of all Dean Winchester.
Now a survivor of a world still piecing itself back together, Dean can no longer live with what he has done, or who he has killed. Tortured by the memory of Michael using him to kill Sam and Cas, he decides to do the only thing he feels he can: get himself killed by the last surviving unholy creations on Earth. At least that was the plan, until a certain angel decides to come back from the dead to save him.
