Summary
Wrought with regret, Dumbledore makes a deal to try and right some of the wrongs he caused; to give Severus Snape a second chance at life. A life without war, without abuse, and maybe a lot more love.
Severus Snape never expected to get a second chance. He was content with dying in the Shrieking Shack all those years ago. Unfortunately, fate had other ideas. Now he's stuck growing up again, this time with his 'self-proclaimed best friend' Max. What he didn't plan on, was uncovering a Death Eater conspiracy, going back in time, or falling in love with another Muggle Born.
But to be fair, Max never expected her best friend to be Severus Snape either.
