Donnie needs to finish this medicine for Leo... he's taking too long, he needs to be faster, because the faster he is the faster everyone else can be happy, and the faster he is the faster Leo will wake up... the faster he is... the more tired he gets of his failures. that is until Casey finds him curled up in his shell hiding fast asleep after not seeing him for two weeks.

Summary
Donnie approached Donatello’s lab. He’d always wondered why it was so… quiet. Their entire lair was silent compared to his own. Donatello’s lab was so peaceful, the only nuisance was any experiment gone wrong. It was plain, basic, a little empty, strangely filthy for a Donatello… but it was peaceful.
This peace remained, despite the metal bullet piercing through his left shoulder.
He was quiet, as quiet as he could be, entering the multiverse perma-portal with a bleeding gunshot wound in his flesh. The last thing he wanted was for his own Leo to worry, more than he already had. Or to get caught in his little secret war.
