Akira is a lonely orphan tired of a hungry world. She treks the Hungry Mountain regularly, aided by the Ranger. One night she doesn't come back from it, her lantern the only evidence she was there in the first place. Haunted by dreams she can't quite remember, and a figure that keeps appearing out of the corners of her eyes, she digs through the underground in search of an answer that seems just out of her reach.
