this series is nothing short of breathtaking.
the themes, the formatting, the different point-of-views' to show the difference between the deeply ingrained tradition humans have, and the way the characters are able to overcome the sides of it that ruined them, whilst still keeping their love for said culture.
it's so so so beautiful, i was really moved by the epilogue, and its paragraph dedicated to what the future looks like.
fucking beautiful, it's one of those fics that leave you with a gaping hole in your chest that cannot be filled. i will DEFINITELY re-read it
