“Kurose.” Shouta dropped out of a vent in the teachers lounge, landing on the balls of his feet in front of Thirteen’s desk. They were usually only on campus Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternate Fridays because of everything they had to do maintaining and operating the USJ. It’d been even longer since they were last on campus due to a conference/training week that had been scheduled at the training ground.
Shouta had been waiting, maybe less than patiently. He had a wager to make, with pride and money on the line. It was important business.
“Aizawa.” Thirteen, out of their costume for the day (it was annoyingly cumbersome for just be-bopping around UA campus, and they weren’t teaching any students that day), stared up at the underground pro, utterly unphased.

“I don’t want to steal anyone.” Rory scrunched her nose up, affronted. “Yes, I’d love to offer Izuku an internship and maybe a position when he grows up, but it’s up to him whether he accepts it or not. I saw his file; successful vigilante career even at that age and D'Artagnan to boot? I’d be an idiot not to, besides, think about all the resources the I-HPSC would be able to offer him! But that’s not the only reason I want to meet him.” Rory grinned and Nao’s heart dropped. If she knew who Izuku was, she was going to find a way to meet him regardless of if Nao introduced them or not. “It would be so much fun Nao.”
Oh god. Rory wanted to meet Izuku and his friends for Chaos Reasons. Naomasa hadn’t been awake long enough to face the specter of not only the government, but Japan as a whole.

Summary
If Nedzu was known for anything, it was his machinations. Most of the general public believed said machinations to be related to taking over the nation or the world, and to be fair some of them were, but by far most were in the interests of his pack’s family and happiness. Not just his pack either, Nedzu was equally as protective as people he saw as being in a similar situation to him.
One of the people, arguably the first person, that that umbrella of protection covered was Tsutsumi Kaina. The J-HPSC took one look at her quirk and groomed her into being their pet assassin very nearly until it broke her, but thankfully Nedzu was able to fake her death and get her out before that happened.
When the J-HPSC fell, the former pro came back to Japan without having to hide or be afraid to formally thank the people who gave her that freedom and meet a few of the others who’d been forced into the same boat. She still felt guilty she wasn’t able to help further, but she knew they wouldn’t hold it against her. They, like Kaina, hadn’t been able to help themselves either, so they understood. They understood all of it.
It was probably the world’s worst support group, but damn if it wasn’t cathartic as fuck.

Summary
As excited as Rory was to meet his grand-kit, she was equally as excited to meet Nedzu’s son. She knew exactly who Eraserhead was- Shouta’s career was impressive whether or not he used his quirk, as a result he was one of the top options when sensitive international missions popped up. Especially if they could snag Hizashi too, because again, quirk or no quirk the pair were terrifyingly effective together. Rory jumped at the chance to finally get to meet both of them, but especially Shouta, face to face.
Except, to her horror, the man was inclined not to like her out of concern she was going to abscond internationally with his kid. That was something she needed to fix asap, not only for professional reasons but personal ones as well. (She wanted to be his friend, damn it, but she also didn’t want to alienate such an effective and efficient pro.)
Showing up at his house unannounced (having once again slipped Leo’s tail) may or may not have been the best decision toward that end goal, but they were both underground pros and game recognized game.
