[This is my first time writing a murder mystery, so please forgive me if the mystery is a little obvious in its resolution. I hope you will be patient and see where it's going and who did what. There is also some romance, mostly between Wangxian but also between some other characters.
I also apologize if I get any cultural details wrong in this story. What I know about historical cultural attitudes and whatnot is derived from fiction like the source novel, so please be patient with me if I get anything wrong.
