Summary
Yoo Joonghyuk is even more handsome in person than Kim Dokja imagined.
His intense crimson eyes bore right through him— crimson that marks his vampiric condition. In the novel, the alpha loses someone important to him and makes a deal with an unknown entity to gain them back someday.
Because of course, deals with the devil are never free.
In exchange for the chance to meet his loved one again, he accepts the sponsorship of this strange entity, and so begin the cycles of regression and reincarnation.
The identity of this loved one is left vague, presumably for the reader to imagine, but Kim Dokja finds himself envious of them nonetheless.
"I am aware of the future. I can help you find what you are looking for."
Secretly, he hopes he does not.
Kim Dokja makes his case and tilts his head aside slightly, not so subtly showing off the pale expanse of his neck.
He might not be an omega or even of this world, but he will win Yoo Joonghyuk's favor.
Kim Dokja is dead set on winning over his beloved protagonist.

In this universe Joonghyuk was a twin. His soul was split roughly back into two, with the 1864th soul in one body and Secretive Plotters in another, although they stilled shared traits of the other’s soul.
In a fortuitous turn of events, they didn’t have to look for Kim Dokja as he came to them in the form of a new step-brother.

It sounds more like a statement than suggestion. Count Kim slides over a document on his desk with a click of his tongue. A marriage proposal.
"You're worth better than I thought you'd be."
The son nods obediently. He reads down the words on the documents. He finally understands why his father had said something about his worth. It’s a marriage proposal with a huge sum of money as a dowry.
A thin and frail omega like him would never be deemed desirable for most alpha suitors out there. He had expected to be married to a beta with dowry as much as how a piece of clothing would cost, or even less. Hell, he had already accepted his fate as a spinster for the rest of his life even.
In the document, it's stated that once the proposal is accepted, he will be betrothed to the Archduke Yoo. A man who was once a Crown Prince, but due to a conflict within the Imperial Family, he has been stripped off of his title as the Crown Prince. Now, he's an Archduke who resides by the borders, near the battlefront.

Summary
Secretive Plotter knew that he was a bad man already; one had to become such a person if they wanted to survive in a ruined world, especially the amount of times that Secretive Plotter had. Secretive Plotter didn't mind drugging Kim Dokja to make him his because he knew that Kim Dokja was too devoted to the false third round Yoo Joonghyuk, so he'd create a way for Kim Dokja to accept Secretive Plotter’s devotion.
Was it wrong? Yes. Did he care about that? No, he didn't, because it would yield the results that he desired.
